We provide web hosting, domain registration, website design and development, custom software, mobile applications and communication services such as SMS, WhatsApp and IVR. The exact scope of each service is confirmed in the proposal and agreement for your order.
Every project begins with a written quote and fixed pricing agreed before work starts. Payment terms are stated in your quote or agreement.
Refunds are handled according to the terms in your agreement. In general, work already delivered or services already provided is not refundable. Cancellation before delivery may be eligible for a partial refund depending on work completed.
You agree to provide the information, content and approvals needed to complete your project on time, and to ensure you have the rights to any content, images or material you provide.
Delays caused by late content or approvals may extend the delivery timeline, which will be communicated to you.
Upon full payment for a custom project, ownership of the final work product passes to you. We may retain the right to showcase our work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise. Third-party tools, themes and licensed software remain the property of their owners.
You agree not to use our hosting or services for unlawful activity, sending spam, infringing others' rights, or in any way that harms our network, other customers or third parties. Accounts in breach may be suspended after notice.
We deliver our services with reasonable care and skill and aim for high availability and reliability. However, services may be interrupted for maintenance or by factors outside our control, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Support and maintenance terms are defined in your agreement or the relevant service plan. Anything not covered by an active support plan may be quoted separately.
Either party may end an agreement according to the terms in that agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for amounts already due. Data is returned or handed over as agreed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where we operate.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
