Key Responsibilities
- Setup, test, and maintain interactive voice response (IVR) flows and call routing trees.
- Manage SMPP connections with telecom operators for high-throughput SMS delivery.
- Integrate Meta WhatsApp Cloud API webhooks with client CRM and ERP portals.
- Monitor telephony server performance, CDR logs, and gateway uptime.
Skills & Requirements
- Experience or keen interest in VoIP, Cloud Telephony, Asterisk, or SMS gateway systems.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON payloads, and basic server administration.
- Strong problem-solving ability in live traffic routing.
